A Garden We Can All Plant

The Lord said to me…”I will test my people with a Plumbline, Amos 7:8 (TLB)
The Plumbline is a blog to encourage the Body of Christ.

A Garden We Can All Plant

Four Rows of Peas:

Patience,
Perserverance,
Promise to win others,
Prayer.

Three Rows of Lettuce:

Let us be unselfish,
Let us love,
Let us tithe.

One row of squash:

Squash indifferance.

Four Rows of Turnips:

Turn up for chiurch,
Turn up regularly,
Turn up to help,
Turn up with expectation.

The Lord is so wonderful in rewarding the faithful servants He has raised up. Faithfulness in the small and seaming little things opens the door for the master to give more and meaningful responsibilities.

Matthew 25:23 (NLT) “The master said, ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’

Seven National No, No’s:

The Lord said to me…”I will test my people with a Plumbline, Amos 7:8 (TLB)
The Plumbline is a blog to bring hope and encourage to the Body of Christ.

Seven National No, No’s:

Seven so-called “national no, no’s” which are in reality unwholesome mental attitudes;

1.    I don’t think.

2.    I don’t know.

3.    I don’t care.

4.    I am too busy.

5.    I leave well enough alone.

6.    I have no time to read and find out.

7.    I’m not interested.

Philippians 4:8-9 (MSG) 8 Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you'll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. 9 Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies.
